In November 2024, I read an article published in The New York Times exploring the grief of some Boomers and Gen Xers realizing they may never become grandparents.
As a contributor to this grief, I’ve always been curious about parenthood. It seems like a mystical, “if you know, you know” experience. But I can’t help but wonder: would there be less grief—and fewer misconceptions—if there were more honest conversations, better resources and a clearer understanding of what parenthood truly entails?
That curiosity led me here. Through this podcast, I aim to lift the veil on parenting by sharing diverse perspectives and stories that demystify the experience for parents and parents-to-be. Whether you’re navigating sleepless nights, a new empty nester or deciding if parenthood is right for you, this is a space for exploring it all.
